Pumpkin Pie!


Pumpkin Pie is MY FAVORITE DESSERT AND MY FAVORITE PIE!!! I could eat it for breakfast, lunch dinner, a afternoon snack, a midnight snack, even the middle of the night! ANYTIME!
I love it!
The recipe I am posting is simple and easy(mixing) but the big part of making a pumpkin pie is HOW LONG it takes to bake it!!! I would suggest mixing the ingredients before hand, because the pie takes almost a hour to bake and then it takes 2 Hours to cool! But, when the pie is all finished, all the waiting and working is TOTALLY worth it when you get to dive into that delicious piece of pie!
Here is the recipe, which I copied off Libby's Canned Pumpkin Can.
"three-forths cup sugar
half a teaspoon salt.
1 tsp.ground cinnamon
half a tsp ground ginger
 a forth of a teaspoon ground cloves
2 LARGE eggs
1 can Libby's Pumpkin
1 can evaportated Milk
1 unbaked 9 inch deep dish pie shell
mix all dry ingredients in small bowl.
beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar spice mixture. Gradually stir in Evorapted Milk.
Pour in pie shell. Bake at 425 F. for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 F. bake 40-50 minutes. Cool for 2 hours. Enjoy!;)'

and here it is, cut, cooled, finished, and I'm about ready to eat it with some whip cream! Yum! My favorite part!
